Manager - Angela MacRae – Responsible for the day to day running of the Home, in relation to staff and residents – accountable to General Manager.
Support Workers – Along with Manager responsible for day to day running of home – accountable to Manager.
Management of Medication – If residents are able, they are encouraged to administer their own medication. If they find this difficult staff will ensure that medication is stored in a locked cupboard in the office and administered at the correct dosage and time. All medication administered by staff will be recorded.
General Assistant – General domestic and care duties – accountable to Support Workers.
Support Assistant / Night – This involves being in the high dependency unit overnight to care for residents – accountable to Support Workers.
