Complaints Procedure

In the event of a complaint by residents or relatives, approaches may be made to the Manager or to senior staff on duty. If it is felt the grievance has not been satisfactorily dealt with he or she may ask to see the General Manager privately, without giving a reason.

If a complaint is not resolved by the management, the matter could then be referred to the :
