Core Unit

This provides accommodation for residents who need a slightly higher level of staff input. It houses nine residents over two floors.

Ground Floor: A large lounge with adjacent dining area, kitchen, shower room with walk-in shower, laundry room with domestic appliances and two single bedrooms.

First Floor: Seven single bedrooms and two bathrooms.

In this unit all the residents are encouraged to participate in the running of the home as much as they are able. As a matter of course they are involved in meal planning, food preparation and all aspects of daily living.

Residents are encouraged and supported to exercise choice and the opportunity of maximising their individual abilities.
